Panel Borders in Manga Studio

I was asked on Twitter about making panels in Manga Studio. Here is the method I use. Hopefully it will be helpful to someone!
1. Click the “Rulers” tab in the Layers palette and click “Panel Ruler Layer.”
2. This will create a Panel Ruler Layer. You can then slice this up into your desired panels with the Panel Ruler Cutter:

Two brothers and an angel go to a lake, where they decide to have a competition as to who could catch the most fish.
The first brother was good with tools, and used a fishing rod to catch 3 fish.
